Here is a sampling from our camp pantry. We will get fresh things as well. For the past few weeks we have been sampling different camp meals like polenta with tomato sauce and garbanzo beans, Thai green curry and fancy mac-n-cheese with bacon! We have planed a pretty tasty and easy to prepare menu.
Just for fun, we are going to only use GPS in a pinch. Here are some of our alternative maps and travel guides. We also have Hamburger America, a book with great hamburger joints to go to in every state. Our goal is to visit at least three! Yum!
